Celebrating the end of Summer

Saturday afternoon the club got together for our annual picnic at Bastendorf County Park. There was a good turn out with lots of delicious food, especially Jackie's delicious carrot cake and of course I would be remiss if I didn't mention my wife potato salad(excellent as always). Doc and Raandi's green bean concoction was a huge hit with everyone requesting the recipe.

The weather was fair with a little wind that kept the smoke from Mac's fire stirred up and everyone bundled up in their sweatshirts or jackets.

All in all I think everyone had a good time. Looking forward to next year
